Miguelifornia post an image of the huge turnout for what was desantis' message on the border and immigration.
The event looks like it took place in a metal shed or small warehouse.

It would be helpful if you learned what a flag is.

Compare to RFK Jr. - 5000 people and 1 reporter.
Yet they both have the same level of support (around 20%, perhaps a bit more for RFK Jr.), and yet virtually NO COVERAGE of RFK Jr., but tons of glowing coverage of DeSantis.
Other than what DeSantis Operatives admit, I suspect we all know what’s going on.

I’m no DeSantis fan - but that is simply a false statement.

I don’t know where you’ve been, but every DeSantis event I have followed in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina had packed venues. This isn’t a rally, it’s a policy speech in a state that’s being horribly affected by the illegal invasion at the border.

At least we’ll finally rid ourselves of trump in November 2024. Glorious day. No more from him. He’s damaged the country by having democrats get elected in 2018, 2020, and 2022. Enough. We’ll lose the house in 2024 and then 2028 rebuild. Most likely scenario.
But this time Trump is seen as a loser. Previously, he was a "winner" so it's different. He's vulnerable. If you watched his interview on Fox News with Bret Baier, his confidence is shot.

Biden didn’t need to worry about crowds. He had lots and lots of ballots. So many it took days to collect them.

Nobody shows up for his events.
Nobody watches his events on social media...
Yet desantis supporters/likely nevertrumpers keep pushing the team desantis message that musth have gone out, that desantis can beat biden

“I bet you would vote for RFzk, JR over DeSantis.”
I’ve NEVER voted for a Democrat for national office, although I have voted for some Democrats (state level) when Rick Perry was trying to put up toll booths on our freeways (that was almost as bad as taxing my beer).
So, no, I will vote, and I will vote for DeSantis along with every other Republican (the Texas GOP is over their toll-road fling). The problem will be the 20 million or so Trump-ONLY voters.

“Big rallies lead to election losing,”
That’s brilliant! The more people who show up to support you, the more likely you are to lose. You’re so smart! I wish I had thought of that myself. I had been leaning towards the theory that if it rains at one of your rallies on the final week of you’re campaign, you’ll lose - because it happened to both Clinton in 2016 and Trump in 2020, but your idea makes so much more sense! You have such a logical mind. It’s real scientific like.

So, about double Biden’s crowds in 2020.

I must have missed the law that says you must attend a candidate’s rally in order to vote for that candidate.

I not only want DeSantis defeated in the primary, I want to “plow salt” into his future political carcass.
So if you get your way and Trump is re-elected president in 2024, who should succeed him as the 2028 candidate? Or have you not thought that far ahead?

All this name-calling and attacks on both sides is silly and juvenile. Why not vote your conscience? IMOHO

I'm a Floridian and I think our governor is the best in the nation. Nevertheless, although I am of two minds, I will vote for Trump in the primary because I think he deserves it. It pains me here to see a good man so viciously attacked. It almost makes me go the other way.
