MOLINE, Ill. (WTVO) — A wanted 31-year-old man seen going on a vandalism rampage through a Moline neighborhood was arrested last Friday after he was ran over by a golf cart and pinned until police arrival.

It’s no mystery why many outfits are requiring college degrees for new hires.
But it is no guarantee of quality.
The last time I hired a round of salespeople, they were required to write a handwritten 150 word “Why I want to work at XYZ” to submit with their application & resume’.
The letters were more illuminating than the interviews.
