Among the many examples of how cynically the progressive Left exploits fringe special-interest groups to do their political bidding, none is more stark than the callous manner in which they manipulate the LGBTQ+ crowd.
Progressives have fashioned the LGBTQ+ group into a political “mafia.” Their job is to strike fear into the neighboring community, attempt to exert influence over events to their own benefit and just generally intimidate the surrounding society at large by forcing them to act in any manner the mafia wants. The bottom-line goal of the mafia’s activity is to make progressives look good and to make conservatives gun-shy. So-called “normal” society doesn’t want to cross the LGBTQ+ mafia, lest they be labeled as intolerant haters and run the risk of having their business boycotted and being publicly shamed for their backward views.
Depending on what study is cited and what metric qualifies an individual as belonging to the LGBTQ+ demographic, by any measure, the percentage is small, anywhere from .5% to 5-10% of the population. How, then, does such a small numerical group exert such a large influence on American society and culture?

Progressives will jump at the chance to use any hot social topic as a weapon with which to attack and besmirch conservatives and damage their image in the eyes of that all-important voting group, low-information undecided “swing” voters. In your gut, you just know that none of those high-profile progressives has even the slightest personal stake or interest in any of those issues.

One can easily call he LGTBQ+ community, the liberals’ hit squad, but more correctly, the anti-biology hit squad, and in reality, the anti-female/anti-male hit squad. Liberals, with their LGBTQ+ policies, aim to destroy the biological male and female genders, which makes democrats the anti-science/anti-nature party.
Democrats have gone off the deep-end, and they aim to take the country with them.
The queers and dykes and perverts of today are the BLM of the recent past.

Just let it go, and quit whinning about every no-win situation the cultural warriors can find. Personally, I believe it allows the customer to make informed decisions; why should Trump decide what Beer you drink. Maybe he’d just do better to check the political affiliation of those trying to get a room and ban democrats - it is all so stupid. Just find some personal happiness in your life and quit being the waterboy for the left amplifying grievences against conservatives. Sometimes its is best left unsaid - unless you are a DNC Troll on FR.
Hoping that so-called “progressives” (really regressives) will someday catch on that most of the country doesn’t go for their garbage message.

Trump himself. He threw a huge party at Mar-a-Lago for the LGBTQ+ crowd to celebrate the signing of Biden's Respect for Marriage Act.
Trump said:
“We are fighting for the gay community, and we are fighting and fighting hard,” the former president and 2024 candidate said. “With the help of many of the people here tonight in recent years, our movement has taken incredible strides, the strides you’ve made here is incredible.”
What the heck. This article wasn’t even about Trump but there you go, agitating with articles from AXIOS and the MSN. Give us a break with the garbage.
