The NARA was required by law to ask Trump "pretty please" return documents, if they followed the PRA. The PRA is a civil issue, not a criminal one, never to be criminalized until now. (Note that Soetoro still has 3 million documents in an abandoned furniture store in suburban Chicago and have never been vetted by the NARA, still awaiting to be digitized and examined.)

Durham had subpoena power and access to Grand Juries to uncover actual, statutory CRIMES, but set those legal mechanisms aside and asked witnesses to "pretty please" come in for a civil chat, and it seems they all got away with telling Durham to pound sand.

So...Durham is no better than Mueller.
Putting in time with an unlimited budget at an exorbitant salary to shuffle papers and review legal precedent.
