Interesting choice of words. Yes the Rosenbergs were spies. Yes they did release information that has been contributory to a lot of threats and reactions. But it really displays the problems with the governments of many countries trying to be casual about information that should be better safeguarded. And the US was just as contributory as many other countries.
Now we have a new problem with bio weapons that are being spread throughout the world by rogue nations to the point of there being no negative feedback on it and the governments protecting each other.
