TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — On June 14, at 7:30 p.m. patrol officers responded to the area of East 41st Street after multiple callers reported a women standing in the street and pointing a pistol at people driving by.
Callers described the woman and said that she was standing in the street holding the pistol and staring at the sky.
Others saw her walking in the street with the pistol in her hand.
Some callers reported that the women pointed the pistol at them as they passed.
Officers arrived in the area and found Ashley Miller.
They were able to take her into custody without any problems and the loaded pistol was found beside her in a bag.
Officers noticed that Miller was intoxicated and had been smoking marijuana and methamphetamine.
Miller told officers she was hoping someone would shoot her or run her over.
Miller was arrested for two counts of pointing a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm while under the influence of intoxicants, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She’s just mad men won’t find her attractive.
“New York is boring! They’re all drunk and heavily armed here!”
Yikes!
In another state she could get away with shooting drivers and saying she was saving the planet.
One way of slowing speeders down
Looks higher than Willie Nelson on a Sunday afternoon.
Definitely feeling no pain.
The police didn’t jump out of their cars firing because she is not black. /s
They all want to date AOC, didn’t you see that press release? No time for gun-totin’ heavy girls in Oklahome.
In an armed polite society, it would have been "pointed the pistol at him or her" (singular) and not multiple callers reporting the woman "pointed the pistol at them" (plural) because the first passerby would have disarmed or dropped her.
So many disturbed people out there. Unfortunately, our society encourages and even celebrates it.
She might not sober up too bad.
She'd have to be real agreeable, though.
