Uh, no. The domestic migration from blue states to red states is far larger. In 2020-2021, 262,000 people moved out of California, and that's just one blue state.
That means less mass killers in Red States.

The law that is likely to pass would allow parents’ children to be taken from them if government agents determine the children are “transgender” and the parents aren’t fully compliant with pushing forward in that direction.

WAY more young people have moved because they have simply graduated from college (finally!), moving to another state or locality, than this “great migration”, which comes to less than the number of people currently moving out of California alone on an annual basis.
There is no “transgender”, there are only transvestites that are engaged in a more intense cosplay, taking on the mannerisms and appearance of the opposite gender, and somehow concluding that this signifies a “sex change”.
And even this is absolutely swamped by the massive internal migrations of illegal aliens once they gain access to the interior of the United States, Now THAT’S a crisis.
Hopefully a lot of them are, but I doubt it. The trans-cult pushes alienation and hatred of one’s parents if they don’t affirm it. Just like every other cult.
Attitudes are not transitory, so it’s time for them to transfer to places where their pronouns won’t be lost in translation. They obviously have adequate transportation. If not, there’s always mass transit. Trains are available for transcontinental travel.
In any case, they shouldn’t have any trouble with their transition.
