From what I see that actually is a very optimistic number.
We must abide in the vine, abide in Christ.
It is not hard to recognize Godly men. They’re abiding in his word. They talk about his word. They talk about what God is doing in their daily lives to conform them to the image of Christ as He has promised.

The decline of men and masculinity began with the modern “women’s liberation” movement of the early 1960’s. When men were deemed non-essential, then they became non-essential—as time progressed, even willingly. They had access to easy sex and porn and became soft and irresponsible, preferring to get immersed in their “toys” and other self-indulgent activities. If one keeps being told and treated as non-valued and non-essential, then they will act like it. On the other hand, if a man feels needed and respected and has something to aspire to, he will rise to the occasion. See Post 16.
