Try your local feed store....frequently have better selection of medications labeled for domestic and farm animals that MAY (depending on form and concentration) be able to be used.

controversial 'horse de-wormer' drug ivermectin

So controversial that it's been on the WHO List of Essential Medicines FOR HUMANS and not as a de-wormer. Same with HCQ.

Like Mollie Hemingway says, no matter how much you think you loathe the MSM, you probably don't loathe them enough.

Ivermectin is great for onchocerciasis, but it’s false that people in Africa take it for prevention (they are not on it for long periods).

My dog takes two different anti-seizure prescription medicines. These are meds for humans that have epilepsy. Oh the irony.

Do you have sources for this statement? My friends have been sending me articles stating the contrary.

For a while, mine had to take the expensive nausea med for dogs (can’t remember the name). My clinic has 7 Vets. I finally got one that thinks outside the box. She said to try this human med because it had been proven safe. It has made a world of difference in mine at a fraction of the cost. One of mine also has IBS and takes Visbiome probiotic. She hasn’t had bloody diarrhea since starting the Visbiome and if she gets up with reflux, I stick a Metoclopramide in peanut butter to the roof of her mouth and she’s over it and eating within the hour.

I have eczema and used human ivermectin for covid. It worked great and cleared my skin for months.

My wife's dermatologist prescribed Ivermectin for her psoriasis. But told her that it was cheaper to just use the 'horse de-wormer' from Tractor Supply like she did.

Ivermectin for horses is a paste. I take two little tablets of 10 MG Ivermectin once a week as a prophylactic.

“Controversial “

Bull. Only because big pharma tried to destroy it. I give it to my livestock all the time. It use to be $8 a tube now it is up over $35 if you can find it. India sells it over the counter for $2 and gave it away for free during the scamdemic. I remember that idiot, Neil Cavuto, claiming if you take ivermectic you will die, and the lying media claiming people were dying in emergency rooms from ivermectin. Lies, lies everywhere.

Wasn’t Malathion used to kill fruit flues?

Among other things.

FYI- Tactor Supply has green apple flavored ivermectin paste which it’s not as good as grandma’s apple pie but it could be worse.

Doctors have used ivermectin for resistant scabies and other parasitic infections in human for at least 20 years. This news item shows about how abysmally ignorant the journalists are and how evil rationed medical care is.
The article reads like AI assisted text. Expect more.

I was just prescribed ivermectin cream for a patch of rosacea on my forehead. The pharmacy would not fill it without a an override from my health insurance. (Which I got).
