Next week there will be a study that suggests too much taurine causes colon cancer. Probably funded by the national ginseng alliance.

I do have to reveal a little secret though. I’m not huge on energy drinks but I have found a Monster Rehab is an effective hangover helper, particularly for hangover headaches. I saw one guy there say he took 5 grams daily of taurine.

I take about a gram but also take it with a gram each of NAC & glycine 2-3 times daily. I have no particular insight as to optimal doses.
