It depends on what you mean by “under control”.
If by “under control” you mean the Biden Rush is over, then no.
But if by “under control” you mean border policy is following the administration’s agenda, then yes.

There is definitely a policy and it is definitely working.
It’s simply a question of will and policy. The Biden administration has a border policy but it’s not a traditional border policy, the policy is to bring in more people to change the demographics of the country.

The Biden/Harris admin has a policy to create a permanent underclass. They will be fully dependent on the govt for their care and feeding and will always vote democrat.
