This study shows spiked miRNA egg yoke then lightly cooked and eaten will get into the blood stream of the consumer.

Though I've not found a study that they didn't add more miRNA yet. I will look latter.

correction on my post about eggs. They added miRNA to the yoke and freeze dried it then eat it raw. Some of it did transfer into the consumer.
The study on eggs suggested to use milk.
