"People don’ respond to you because you are just another thread disrupter."

So you consider people who have opposing views as "disrupters"? Hmmm. That's how liberals would describe us too.

If you haven't looked, this country is being invaded and held hostage through an open border. If you live here now, you should also be concerned about what's going on around you. This is your country now isn't it?

” is that there is no scenario where peace will ever occur without total Russian takeover and regime change in Kiev. Today it is of note that Russian leaders are in agreement that Ukraine will no longer exist as a nation.”

All the more reason to send more lethal weapons with longer ranges to Ukraine. Moscow should be targeted like the Ukranian capitol.

“Russian leaders are in agreement”. There are no Russian leaders. Only those, who subordinate themselves to Putin. Read up on totalitarian systems.

I’ve been very concerned about our borders. I supported Palmer Stacy’s Immigration Control Foundation back in the day and later raised cane about much of Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument being closed due to border crossers. I supported Trump and his wall. What are you doing about the border?

Making fun of a poster for making multiple posts with multiple links is not expressing an opposing view. It is disrupting one of FR’s best daily threads. You really have nothing to say but I guess you like to join the trolls and cheer when hammer and sickle flags are raised over those razed Ukrainian mill towns.

By that logic, the didn’t-even-make-it-into-the-final-draft Baker suggestions to the USSR about preventing NATO expansion into the (now nonexistent) WARSAW PACT can be considered in the right context...

Not even a valid talking point.

The Baker statements were unadopted suggestions by the USA, that were totally rejected by the USSR (because they didn’t want to admit that the USSR could one day break up!).

And they were made in relation to a dying superpower’s ongoing hold over a bloc.

As the Belovezha Accords said in the preamble, the Soviet Union ceased to be a “geopolitical reality”.

Therefore the Baker assurances ceased to reflect geopolitical reality. Thanks to the Putinist logic, we can now agree that if Russia thinks the Budapest Memorandum and Belovezha Accords weren’t binding, we can bin the nonsense argument about “no NATO expansion into the Warsaw Pact”.

The other good thing you’ve done here is remind us that if Budapest Memorandum is not binding on Russia then it’s not binding on Ukraine either. Neither is Ukraine bound by all the other friendship agreements between itself and Russia. After all, Russia’s broken all of ‘em already.

Which means Ukraine is now free to tool up as much as it likes, even with nukes. It has no compelling reason not to join the EU or EU-NATO. And it’s free to treat Russia as a hostile.

Well done, Putin revisionists.

Russia broke it, Russia bought it.

"Thank you UMCRevMom@aol.com, you are providing us with truly great news again. Keep up the good work."

All the propaganda blasts and jingoism in the world cannot change the fact that Youcrayne is being reduced to rubble, mile by mile, town by town, city by city.

There will be nothing left to it when this is all over, except for a smoking pile of rubble, wrecked infrastructure, starving and displaced people and a shortage of young men.

But the gay-dancing, grifting little grease stain Zelenskyyyy, whose world-class grift has rewarded him handsomely and who has luxury homes all over the planet, will be just fine as he and his beard live out their post-war lives in splendor (if his own people don't hunt him down and kill him first).

So keep on rah-rah-rah-ing all you want, keep constructing rainbows and unicorns in your minds and keep inhaling massive amounts of Youcropium, but no fantasy, no denial of realities, no desperate, pathetic exercising of your confirmation bias will change a single, horrible reality on the ground in what's left of Youcrayne.

Slavo Youcraney!

Yes. It’s a terrible thing that Russia and tyrant Putin have done. Every Russian that dies is a small victory.

We must bleed the antichrist of Russia until it is of no credibility.

The critical takeaway is that the inept leadership and military in Russia failed at taking Ukraine.

"So you consider people who have opposing views as "disrupters"? Hmmm. That's how liberals would describe us too."

This is boilerplate Youkazoid silencing strategy. Attack via insult and proclamations of how smart and informed you are, accuse those in opposition to your fantasies to be "Soviet" or "Putin Puffers" even as you use Soviet-style silencing tactics; accusing people who disagree with you of being mentally ill, coordinating hitting the "abuse" button to have those who oppose you banned from FR and just flat out lying about people who do not agree with your propaganda or jingoism. They are a censorious lot and would give any free speech-hating leftist a serious run for their money.

They get especially incensed when one dares insult the gay-dancing, grifting grease stain they shower with respect and adoration, even as their country, the USA, gets bled to death by scumbags like him and the scumbag pols who support him and partake of the theft of US taxpayers' money he and his corrupt, craphole country is "benefiting" from.

I looked at item .1 in comment #3 about Russian Bridge and Tunnels. It was followed by a 43+ minute video on “What Is Putin’s Endgame.” The video link is below. I only watched a few minutes but it appears detailed and well made. I will watch the rest of it on Friday.

The back door is open all the way to Moscow.

Crimea...If you want to look at how bleak the Russian security situation is, consider Crimea and the Black Sea Fleet.

I am laughing so hard right now I'm on the floor. Thanks for the laugh, man!

Just letting you know that step by step, Youcrayne's being reduced to a smoking crater. From what I can gather, Ruzzziiiaaa's still grinding it into dust.

Not one more cent to the gay-dancing grease stain and the scumbags making bank off the fleecing of the US taxpayer. Let's take care of our homeless vets with that money instead. Don't you agree?

Do you also do paint by numbers....lmao

NATO is no longer concerned about the Fulda Gap or any gaps.
Russia is a threat to non allied and small countries, that’s about it.

It’s Iran now. No credibility. No allies that aren’t rogue despots.

And China...they’ll be looking for Siberia soon...good luck with that.

"Well done Putin revixionists."

If you ever read any of my comments on FR about Russia and Ukraine, you would know I don't give a rat's ass about either of those corrupt countries. I hope they destroy each other. Let's not destroy ourselves in the process. We have no national interest in Ukraine. We've been fighting proxy wars with Russia and China for decades. Can we please stop! It is Europe's problem, not ours, certainly not to the point of bankrupting our country, and leaving us with nothing to defend ourselves. We did our bit saving Europe in two World Wars. Let's not make it a triple header.

Thanks for your post, and support. I’ve been here long enough not to feel bad when someone attacks me for voicing a different opinion than them, especially when it comes to the destruction of my country in order to make politicians rich. I am more concerned with the invasion from our southern border than I am about Ukraine’s borders. And I’m also concerned that some people here have chosen to worry more about the well-being of foreigners, at the expense of our well-being right here. This country is going to the dogs, and all they can think of is Russia, Russia, Russia, while communist China is sneaking around, and spying on every aspect of our lives. Talk about having screwed up priorities.

I watched all of 1. at comment #5. It was a clever, interesting, and informative play on the movie “Four Funerals and a Wedding.” Can you guess who died for the funerals and who gets married for the wedding? Then I decided to read a lot of the comments. Below is a rather interesting one that highlights the potential development of Poland as a significant power in Europe. i believe Poland has already ordered 500 new Abrams tanks from the US as well as other serious hardware. Not mentioned in this comment is the idea of what kind of power a winning Ukraine plus Poland could be if they forgive old conflicts and unite their enhanced powers for good. If they can help Moldova kick the Russians out of Transnistria, they might even add Moldova as icing on the cake.

“I‘d like to see an episode devoted to the many layers of the Polish Ukraine policy - from their use of the conflict to modernize their Armed Forces by squeezing every penny from the European Peace Facility and using Ukraine and its EU/US money to win them as paying, first-ever customer for Polish domestic systems like AHS Krab or the Rosomak IFV to using the temporary goodwill for Poland to inform foreign governments about something called WW2 and their very convincing reasons why Germany owes Poland about €1.3 trillion in belated reparations. And their aspiration to become the leader of Eastern European EU member states, etc…”

So you consider people who have opposing views as “disrupters”?

Perhaps this will give you clarity:

Definition of disruptor:
[Alternative spelling of disrupter]

a person or thing that prevents something, especially a system, process, or event, from continuing as usual.

There are a few that enjoy the role of being a “disrupter”
to prevent the exchange of information regarding a posted article, video or opposing comment. Some disrupters sadly use bizarre nonsensical comments or memes. Some use derogatory labels and name-calling aimed at other Freepers.
Most appropriate action is non-response, ignore, or ‘ghost’ these few that get their reward, you guess it, by “disrupting!”
