“In war, there is an aggressor and a victim. There is the one who starts the war and enters the territory of another state. A peace plan cannot be prepared by the aggressor - it is prepared by those who have suffered. The war is on our land, so the formula for peace can only be ours,” Zelensky said.
He emphasized that the Ukrainian formula for peace is not final and provides room for diplomacy if “you don’t talk with missiles, like Russia.”
“People from other continents do not stand aside, but want to join in to end the war. They have every right to put forward their own initiatives, and we would be grateful if they came to us, not imposing, but offering. This is a dialog,” the President explained.
At the same time, he emphasized that any country can join the implementation of the peace plan, except for the aggressor state. “Not Russia through any country, because we can immediately see the handwriting. It is desirable that the maximum number of countries from different parts of the world be involved in our peace summit. This is very important,” Zelensky said.
The President of Ukraine expressed confidence that such a summit could become the foundation of the world’s security architecture in the future.
“When you involve the whole world and show that one country is isolated because of its aggression, that everyone will unite despite different interests simply against war, against aggression, against authoritarianism... “The large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our state continues for 463 days. The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. During the day, units of the defense forces repelled 19 enemy attacks.
The Russian Federation continues to disregard the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, strikes, and fires at both military and civilian targets. During the day, the enemy launched 12 missile strikes using 10 ballistic and cruise missiles of the “Iskander” type on Kyiv (destroyed by our defenders) and 2 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles on Kharkiv. In addition, it carried out 36 airstrikes and carried out about 10 attacks from rocket salvo fire systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population, including children, children’s polyclinic, residential apartment buildings, private houses, and other civil infrastructure were damaged. The most important news today regarding “the region know as Ukraine “ is that there is no scenario where peace will ever occur without total Russian takeover and regime change in Kiev. Today it is of note that Russian leaders are in agreement that Ukraine will no longer exist as a nation.
The West cannot provide effective air defense... the GRU bldg took a bunker buster hit and military analysts say take immediately after that strike there a massive evacuation of NATO General Officer Staff to hospitals in Poland. This is the second time NATO War planners have been hit in underground Ukrainian bunkers... disrupting the Uke efforts to plan the war.
NATO military officials or soldiers don’t belong in Ukraine planning and directing a proxy war against Russia but they do offer legitimate targets.
Kiev is burning up NATO stockpiles of Patriot missiles as fast as delivered.
My wife ran the US Army Arrow Field Office in Tel Aviv so the Patriot is something I am uniquely knowledgeable... the Ukrainian system could be said to come from the US, Israel, Germany or Japan.
As both a retired Paratrooper and American Foreign Service I find this NATO War against now against Russia and next year China to be a direct result of the Obama administration and Biden family corruption.
Russia overran numerous US Funded bio labs in 2022. That something is illegal to fund in the US violates the spirit of said ban on such research even though it would be illegal stateside.
The sooner Russia conquers the territory know as Ukraine the sooner the US can and will get on with drilling US oil.

LOL! What a drama queen.I lived through the threat of Soviet nuclear attack here every day in the 50's, and propaganda the U.S. government fed us. I could care less if those two countries destroy each other. We've been fighting proxy wars with Russia and China for decades, and it's cost us billions. This is just one more. Neither Russia or Ukraine are worth the powder to blow them to hell, nor are they worth destroying this country's economy over. Our southern border is wide-open, thousands of illegals, along with criminals, the mentally ill, and diseased people are pouring across the border, and all you can think about is Russia, Russia, Russia. How about USA, USA, USA for a change? You must enjoy seeing this country brought to its knees by the Congressional war mongers on both sides of the aisle, bleeding this country dry. You are supporting everything you should be against.
