“The large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our state continues for 463 days. The enemy continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. During the day, units of the defense forces repelled 19 enemy attacks.
The Russian Federation continues to disregard the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, strikes, and fires at both military and civilian targets. During the day, the enemy launched 12 missile strikes using 10 ballistic and cruise missiles of the “Iskander” type on Kyiv (destroyed by our defenders) and 2 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles on Kharkiv. In addition, it carried out 36 airstrikes and carried out about 10 attacks from rocket salvo fire systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population, including children, children’s polyclinic, residential apartment buildings, private houses, and other civil infrastructure were damaged. The probability of launching missile and air strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine remains high.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains stable, no signs of the formation of offensive groups have been detected. In the Siversk and Slobozhansk areas, the enemy continues to maintain a military presence in the areas bordering Ukraine. Enemy carried out mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Berylivka, Mystka, and Tymonovichi of the Chernihiv Region, Atynske, Pavlivka, Pisarivka, Uhroida, Krasnopillia, Slavhorod of the Sumy Region, as well as Udy, Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Buhruvatka, Vovchansk, Mala Vovcha, Varvarivka, Budarky, Chuhunivka in Kharkiv region.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions west of Masiutivka, Kharkiv region, during the day. He carried out airstrikes in the districts of Vilshan, Kotliarivka, Krokhmalne of the Kharkiv region, and Serhiivka of the Luhansk region. Fiholivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Masiutivka, Lyman First, Kislivka, Berestove in the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske in the Luhansk region were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks.
In the Lyman direction, during the day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the area of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Spirne in the Donetsk region. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Siversk, and Spirne in Donetsk region. The settlements of Nevske, Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Novosadove, Torske, Spirne, Mykolaivka in the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire.
In the direction of Bakhmut during the day, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the districts of Khromove and Bila Hora of the Donetsk region. Kramatorsk, Vasiukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar, Ivanivske, Predtechine, Bila Hora, Diliivka, Zalizne and New York of the Donetsk region suffered from enemy artillery shelling.
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations in the Avdiivka direction. He carried out airstrikes in the Avdiivka and Vodiane districts of the Donetsk region. He carried out artillery shelling of the settlements of Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, and Karlivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Mariinka direction, our defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the area of the city of Mariinka. There, the enemy carried out an airstrike, Heorhiivka, Mariinka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region were hit by artillery fire. In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the area of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, and Velyka Novosilka of the Donetsk region. He shelled the settlements of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, and Novoukrainka.
The enemy continues to conduct defensive operations in the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. He carried out airstrikes in the areas of Robotyne of the Zaporizhzhia region and Beryslav, Kozatske, Odradokamianka of the Kherson region. Shelled the settlements of Illinka, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka, and Zelene Pole in the Donetsk region; Malynivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Bilohiria, Mala Tokmachka and Novoandriivka of the Zaporizhzhia region; Zmiivka, Vesele, Ivanivka, Inhulets, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Dniprovske, Kizomys of the Kherson region and the city of Kherson.
Russian occupation forces continue to suffer heavy losses on the battlefield. As a result, the enemy continues to equip civilian facilities in the temporarily occupied territories with medical facilities. For example, in the town of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, the occupiers set up a children’s sanatorium under a military hospital, where more than 200 occupiers with injuries of varying degrees of severity are being treated. Also, Russian terrorists, disregarding the laws of international humanitarian law, placed a base of Russian military personnel with military equipment on the territory of the Melitopol Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
During the day, the aviation of the defense forces made 9 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, as well as 2 on the enemy’s anti-aircraft missile systems. During the day, units of missile forces and artillery hit 1 control post, 1 anti-aircraft missile complex, 5 artillery units in a firing position, 9 areas where the enemy’s weapons and military equipment were concentrated,” the General Staff said.

It was a clever, interesting, and informative play on the movie “Four Funerals and a Wedding.” Can you guess who died for the funerals and who gets married for the wedding? Then I decided to read a lot of the comments. Below is a rather interesting one that highlights the potential development of Poland as a significant power in Europe. i believe Poland has already ordered 500 new Abrams tanks from the US as well as other serious hardware. Not mentioned in this comment is the idea of what kind of power a winning Ukraine plus Poland could be if they forgive old conflicts and unite their enhanced powers for good. If they can help Moldova kick the Russians out of Transnistria, they might even add Moldova as icing on the cake.
