I tried to respond to hep your understand others have as valid life experiences as you. I did not disrespect you.
I agree with you. Daily news would be one thing. But this is daily spammy excessive propaganda and there is more than one poster who spreads this stuff all over the forum.
And they get angry and nasty with anybody who mentions it. They attack with ridiculously rude statements like “You really have nothing to say but I guess you like to join the trolls and cheer when hammer and sickle flags are raised over those razed Ukrainian mill towns,” and then they play victim. (At least this one didn’t call you a “Bolshevik.” Yet.)
They engage in censorship, hitting the “Abuse” button on anything that calls them out for their spam, opposes their views or makes fun of the excessive propaganda. Meanwhile, *they* poke fun, engage in slander and conjecture, sling nasty insults and cry like babies when we respond in kind.
I still think that having one daily thread for all of the Uke-Rus articles and propaganda would alleviate some of this. The articles could *only* be posted in the one daily thread. This would be similar to the Q threads. Just my suggestion.
