I think the Twitter post failed to realize that this was a Babylon Bee article.

The Dan Cathy video was real, but it was made in June, 2020. The Babylon Bee article was BB satire, but the recent Chick-fil-a FR thread linked to Twitter instead of to the BB site, which I suspect led Freepers to believe it was current news.
