I don’t believe slavery is right, but whether my ancestors had slaves or not, that’s not on me. We are all equal, and I am not less equal than blacks.

Personally, I felt it was embarrassing and racist to go over to the black guy and shine his shoes just because of his skin color. And then he gave a hug just because the guy was black.

The CEO doesn’t even properly articulate what most of his ilk think it means. That it is purely an act of humility, deference or apology to wash another’s feet..groveling....he also comes off as Mr. Rogers on Ludes.
Christ washed feet to demonstrate He leads through service to others. But still he leads!

The Dan Cathy video was real, but it was made in June, 2020. The Babylon Bee article was BB satire, but the recent Chick-fil-a FR thread linked to Twitter instead of to the BB site, which I suspect led Freepers to believe it was current news.
