>> Chick-fil-A had already endured years of LGBT abuse, surviving movements to ban them from airports, rest stops, and college campuses.
#ing thugs
This is the crap our beloved federal agencies should be investigating and prosecuting
Yup, another company that I will list as “I used to go there.” Too much out there to spend bucks on ANY company that supports the left.
Every company is woke, yes that means the ones you think are not woke.
Count me as one they have fooled, but no longer.
Maybe so, but that is not going to help them now as they most assuredly face a boycott from their Christian and Conservative patrons.
I live in Texas, people here are good-hearted but incredibly naive. They tend to wear their “rhino-goggles” a lot. Lining up for chick-fila seems to be christian virtue-signaling, at least in part.
It’s amazing how fast people forget their 180 on gay marriage, their cancelling of christian scholarships and now white-shaming. Easy boycott for me, I must be the only one who thinks their chicken is soggy.
Never went to one. Never will. There are none around me. The closest is 45 minutes to an hour away. I’d never drive that far just to have a meal.
I like Chick-fil-A food, but it’s a bit overpriced. There’s less incentive for me to go since they are going woke.
I’m not ready to totally boycott, but I’m less likely to go knowing these things.
Yup.. They turned the corner a decade ago. And no one wanted to see.
.
“$230,000 to Covenant House.” Big mistake. Cov. House is a front for unethical people. Every company that supports vice and crime should downsize, regroup, and start fresh with support for virtue and law.
If you develop a reputation for coming into the office at 6:30 am every day, you can start coming in at 8:30 am and no one will notice for years.
Same here.
No surprise here.
I was introduced to CFA as a teen when I worked at a mall. Best food I’d ever had at the time (chicken-wise, fry-wise). Incredible chicken sandwich.
I moved away, experiencing a 30+ year gap, finally going out of my way to sample it once again when they were under attack a few years ago.
I was then and remain appalled that anyone is impressed with the lousy food being served. I couldn’t comprehend why cars were lined up in the drive thru all the way into the street and down the block.
Any company which measures success by mediocrity in product & service deserves what’s coming, popular or not.
Insofar as to the apparent low expectations of their patrons, I can’t stoop so low as to comprehend it.
I never did like their weird looking fries... : )
