Every company is woke, yes that means the ones you think are not woke.
Except the ones you think are woke that aren’t.
that’s what I always wonder, when people call for boycotts, or proclaim they won’t shop here or there.
Is there any company in any business, which has not gone liberal? Doesn’t just about every major company, proclaim they celebrate diversity, and do not discriminate against the panoply of “LGBT” and other diverse individuals?
That is true. Chick-fil-A was just discreet about it after they were supported by customers in the original flap about “gay marriage.” Corporate headquarters went on with its wokeness, which actually used to be a little tamer, and coasted along on the fact that Christians perceived Chick Fil A as being supportive.
But when push comes to shove, it’s clearly not, and somehow it has now decided that it has more to gain by openly supporting the left than by even appearing to support Christians.
Possibly there are government contracts in play (do they have outlets on military bases, for example), which means that they want to toe the government line. They obviously think that Christians or even secular conservatives don’t have enough clout or buying power to be important to them.
