Sad but true. I guess I wasn’t completely surprised because after seeing my sister change after taking God 101 in medical school, I didn’t trust other doctors either. I learned two things, doctors are very much into their social status. And into the money which lends to the social status. Them bucking their orders and actually doing what’s good for their patients would have reduced both of those things

I knew I was a dog person after we had Cooper 3 days and he missed me when I went to the mailbox. Jumped up and down, whined, licked my face. The cats barely waved when I came home from a month vacation.
that makes it extra sad. rip
I think cats are cute and the big ol’ cat we have here at the farm seems to be pretty typical in that he thinks we should feel honored to be able to reach down to pat him rather than him having to jump up to us. Now the dogs, OTOH, are so funny and friendly.....completely different.
If pets were people, dogs would be Rs and cats would be Ds, for sure.

The only time I’ve heard of cats getting lost, other than when they are dumped somewhere, it’s when the family moves and they try to get back to the old house.
With a collar and tags, it probably has a home nearby. Especially since it wasn’t excited about the sardines. It’s very kind of you to worry about him/her.

Your cat ignored you to allow you to save face, . When the leader of the den returns from a long hunt (vacation), there should be a bounty of the kill to share. Your cat was sparing you the shame of an unsuccessful hunt.
