Actor Danny Masterson has been found guilty of drugging and raping two women at the end of his second trial, after a jury was left impossibly deadlocked in December.
The 47-year-old Scientologist looked stunned as jurors delivered their unanimous verdicts on two of the three charges, and he was handcuffed and taken to the cells.
Masterson, star of That 70s Show, could get 30 years in prison when he is sentenced: the judge on Wednesday ordered he be held in jail until the next hearing.
A group of about 10 Scientology friends and family - including actor Billy Baldwin, who is married to Bijou's half-sister, singer Chynna Phillips - watched in shock as he was led away to the cells.
Scientology was front and center during both criminal trials.
All three women testified that the reason they took so long to report him to the police was their fear of retribution from the Church of Scientology. They are also suing the actor and the Church of Scientology in civil court, claiming that they've been harassed and intimidated since reporting him to police.
Masterson's trial which came six months after a different jury in his first trial failed to reach verdicts on any of the same charges.
The jurors were deadlocked on a third count.
His wife, actress Bijou Phillips - who had been at his side throughout the four-week trial at criminal court in downtown Los Angeles - burst out crying as the jury of seven women and eight men gave their verdicts.
She was asked by Judge Charlaine Olmedo to 'maintain her composure' or go outside.
The judge ordered Masterson - who had been free on $3.3 million bail since his arrest three years ago - to be taken into custody...

This actor has always held a strangely blank facial expression, no matter what the situation is around him.
As though the situation was happening to somebody else.
This may simply mean he was nervous, or perhaps that he is used to masking over any real emotions stirring up from within. If, indeed, he looked ‘stunned’ as the verdict was read, that info must have finally broke through the armor of neutrality.
no clue
He raped many women, so he’s going to get what he deserves. I think he has to appeal each conviction separately, so that will be expensive.
He’s white.
dont you know?? there are many here who only participate with thier own little cliques...
Different story.
Is he clear yet?
Thetans are the least of his problems now.
I don’t hold Scientology in very high regard, after all
how can you trust a cult dreamed up by an Sci Fi author
and failed naval officer?
What is about actors that they are so attracted to cults that are antithetical to normal human behavior? And why does anybody think their opinions mean anything?
I like Tom Cruise movies, but would not trust him around my kids or Grand kids. Scientology screws up what we think of as normal human values.
How did the prosecution prove this man committed rape 20+ years ago?
Sounds like it's time for Hollyweird to again hire Ricky Gervais to host another major Hollyweird awards show: "It used to be, 'Watch The Masters on The Golf Channel' ... now it's, 'Watch the twice-convicted Hollyweird felony rapist actor Masterson top of two women'" ... (Hollyweird audience gasps) ... "Shut up! I know he's your friend but I don't care."
