New footage has emerged calling into question the innocence of three Marines involved a brawl with a mob of teenagers.
The video shows the teen provoking the servicemen who are seen staggering about San Clemente beach topless clutching bottles of beer.
One of the servicemen lashes out at the teens, dropping his bottle of beer in the process, and has to be restrained by his comrade as the kids continue to goad them while filming on their phones.
The Marines say they were assaulted after confronting the group over letting off fireworks.
But footage taken prior to the all out brawl shows Marine Hunter Antonino drinking around a number of the teenagers and openly conversing with them, all the while clutching a bottle of whiskey.
Nine teens have since been arrested over the attack which saw the servicemen kicked as they lay on the ground on Friday night.

OMG!
The had their shirts off!
AT THE BEACH!
What animals!!!
A mob of viscous thugs attack a trio of drunks.
You forgot drinking beer because adults can! From the video it’s not Butt Wipe too.
The teenagers psychologically assaulted them.
Then physically assaulted them.
But the adults were out of uniform.
At some point this gaslighting by the totally incompetent Left has to end. They can’t cheat in 2024 but they’ll try. Only government leeches and rich white housewives vote for this foolery.
that was my take.
So much gaslighting going on no one dare to light a match the place might explode.
Oh my god, these male Marines were TOPLESS, on San Clemente Beach?
American Marines are total pussies, lol.
Well then, that makes it alright for 40 yutes to pound the sheet out of the Marines.
Even if one of the drunk Marines took a swing and hit one of the teens that was goading him on, getting jumped on by 40 of them and getting kicked while on the ground would not meet the “reasonable force” requirement for self defense.
So even if there is an altercation between two guys , when does 40 v 3 become appropriate?
So, three adult Marines are drinking (where I’m assuming it is legal (and they are of legal age)), shirtless (on a beach where it is legal), and seen conversing with the teens (which again, I’m thinking is legal).
Which of these three items is supposed to be so damning as to question the fact that multiple teens physically assaulted them?!?
Our enemedia is bound and determined to undermine the victims in every single case in America! Every Single Time!
I used to live in Jacksonville NC as a teen in HS...
Jarheads would arrive at the base nearby fresh from boot camp, and all full of themselves. Me and my friends would have run ins with them on occasion. Wasn’t all the time, but every so often, a few of them would be a bit too full of themselves, and (often full of booze as well) and would start stupid crap.
Let me say I applaud the drill Sergeants who tear these men down and build them back up to a point where they can be so full of themselves that they think they are invincible, and can take on anything... However, all your training in the world will not put you in a position to win a fist fight when you are outnumbered 2-3 (or more to 1).
I don’t know the details of this situation, but I can speak from first hand experience, that there are a few ex (Probably by now) marines who in their 50s now, who if they are honest, will tell you they started crap with a group of teen boys when they were young and fresh out of boot camp, and got beat down for it.
Again, I am not saying that is what happened here, but would it be out of character for some young marines after a few beers to instigate situations, not realizing exactly what they were getting into? No, it would not.
Even the shove looks like the Marine got shoved first and then went after the little turd; at this time his buddy tried to stop him.
“Hunter Antonio”
Bet this Hunter goes to jail..and gets more time than the other Hunter.
Your statement is not wrong.
Luckily for me, I was married right out of boot camp and already had a child while in high school, so I didn’t have time for that type of tomfoolery. But I saw way too much of it in my almost ten years.
Even with all that said, it does not make a 40-3 beatdown involving excessive force any more just, legal, or appropriate. Right?

See my other post here... I honestly have no idea what happened in this situation, but I can say, being situationally aware is important. You decide to throw punches and you and your group are outnumbered by a very wide margin, you are being foolish.
And for the record, no we never stomped on anyones heads, but I am sure some of the folks we interacted with had at the very least some bruised if not broken ribs after the altercations, as did some of us at times.
Soldiers?
