Sharon Tate and her baby were brutally killed.
California is crazy.

Van Houten wasn’t part of the Tate murders. She wasn’t there. She was part of the crew that murdered the LaBiancas.

As long as Gov. Newsome wants to become President Newsome, Ms. Van Houten is going to stay where she is.

Remember when anti-death-penalty leftists tell you that we should never execute anyone but just put them in prison for life without parole?
They were even lying about that.

I’m not surprised that a court would intervene with a ruling like this one. What I don’t know is if the court has any jurisdiction as defined in the state constitution and/or as defined by the state legislature.

A California appeals court said Tuesday that Leslie Van Houten, who participated in two killings at the direction of cult leader Charles Manson in 1969, should be let out of prison on parole.
Tell you what, when Leslie Van Houten brings Leno and Rosemary LaBianca back to life, then we can talk about parole for Leslie Van Houten.

I say, yes. It’s the right time. She is in her mid seventies now. I doubt if she’s still that dangerous.
In fact, I am also in favor of Sirhan Sirhan being released, allowing him to return to his family in Syria.
Since these two were not sentenced to death at that time, there is not much more to be gained by continuing to house them at this stage of their lives. A few decades ago, this was not my opinion at all.

No, she shouldn’t be paroled....by all rights, she should already be dead.
