“The goal is to have 750 residential homes, commercial and public areas, even a lake—all centered around a 42-acre working farm.”

So it’s going to be a “planned community” with a really big vegetable garden. I wonder how the housing is going to be divvied up with regards to working people vs useless eaters, “migrants,” Section-8 (crazy), etc.

And it had better be walled and gated if they’re next to Houson.
