The owner said she rents to people from all over the world but has had difficulty with most of her Black American clientele. She categorized them as “disrespectful, entitled, unappreciative” and said the reason they are is that they have been spoiled and given too much “free sh*t” in America. She complained that they “start fights with each other” late at night and said they expected the same treatment in Jamaica that they receive in America, “They think that they can come to Jamaica and can get the same free shit here, and they are nasty about it.” She continued making it clear that she is not saying all Black Americans are the same.

That’ll leave a mark. Wife and I went to Nassau in the Bahamas in 2019. We shared a cab/tour with two black Americans, from South Carolina. The cabbie/tour guide was absolutely charming, but it was pretty clear, he enjoyed us a lot more than them. (We joked with him, and took an interest in his tour. They were on another planet.)

Just look at how African Americans treat each other in Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Houston, Detroit, Cleveland, Atlanta, New Orleans, St. Louis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Birmingham, Memphis, Louisville, etc.
Wherever there is a high concentration of them, you will find crime, drugs and death. And the only thing that unites them is voting for the democrat party candidate to enslave them.

There was a time when the City Hospitals in NYC had a strong presence of Jamaican nurses. Almost all these women were extremely competent,diligent professionals trained in the British manner. When gang bangers with attitudes got admitted to the hospital, the nonsense and demands ceased very quickly. Those ladies tolerated no bad behavior and the gang bangers made prompt adjustments as long as they were there.
