I'm assuming the ad is for MEN'S SPORTS BRAS for guys with big MOOBS.
So the darker person on the right is most likely an actual biological male, with big MOOBS.
Whereas the lighter person on the left is apparently the tranny "trans-man", i.e. a woman.
With WOMAN-BOOBS. Not MOOBS.
