Former nuclear official Sam Brinton, who identifies as non-binary and who is facing charges of suitcase theft is set to be placed in a men's jail in Maryland while awaiting a transfer to Virginia.
The Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation has a policy of placing processed inmates in jails based on their biological sex.
Sam Brinton, 35, was arrested at their home last week on Grand Larceny charges related to the alleged theft of a suitcase belonging to Tanzanian fashion designer Asya Khamsin from Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C.
The suitcase contained dresses specifically created for a fashion show.
Khamsin reported the loss of her luggage, including the one-of-a-kind designs in March 2018.
Pictures then surfaced online showing Khamsin wearing the dresses and later Brinton wearing what appeared to be exact same designs.
This led to Brinton's arrest who previously served as as deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste in the Office of Nuclear Energy in the Biden administration.
Brinton was subsequently fired after similar incidents involving the theft of women's luggage that were reported in Minnesota and Las Vegas.
Despite avoiding jail time in those instances, Brinton is now facing new charges and remains in custody without bail at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

How did he know which suitcase to steal?
The luggage was very expensive designer luggage.

Sam can’t dance but _he’ll_ steal
your suitcase
Watch _him_ or _he’ll_ rob you blind
He fits right in with all the other freaks of the Biden admin.
So why was he arrested? Who did he piss off?
There’s actually homosexual units now. They’ll exchange fashion and drink pruno together.

Sam, meet Brittany . . . Brittany ? . . Sam.
Aw, heck. Where is he ever going to find accessories for jailhouse orange? And those shoes...tacky, tacky, tacky...
I guess you noticed my typo so to speak.
The boyz in the “men’s jail” are gettin’ ready to Party With Sammy. ROTFL!
I wouldn’t want anything he had touched.
My purse was stolen and it was found in a field several weeks later - missing all credit cards, money and anything of value. I was contacted by the police and went through the field with the owner of the property. He even had his employees help me search. I took the pictures (the thief had actually gone through and taken some out of the plastic) but left the rest to be thrown away. I couldn’t bear to touch where that criminal had touched.
Also, the thieves used the gas pump to bash my window out to get my purse off of my front seat when I went in to get a water for the ride home - never leave it there.
And that unqualified dress wearer is disgusting. They put him in our faces to make us angry and uncomfortable. I read that he wasn’t even vetted properly and everyone knew with his so called ‘conversion therapy’ his family put him through (his family is saying that was a lie and that never happened), he shouldn’t have been given a security clearance.

It should be housed in a local pitbull animal shelter cage.
UGLY DEVIANT THIEF! MENTAL CASE!
It sure pegs a zero on the remorse scale.
Mr. Brintin is, as they say, “a piece of work.”
Best news of the day!
Good appointment there, Biteme. Freaks, queers, and perves is the Side Show called the Biden Administration.
BTW, has anyone seen a comprehensive definition list of all the names and terms for the various "weirdies" that are in our face 24/7? I've lost track.
Since he is under arrest for multiple baggage thefts in different airports, I suspect he just got lucky getting a clothing designer's baggage. His luck ran out when the designer recognized her own designs of him wearing such in his own postings.
Freaks, queers, and perves is the Biteme administration. If you haven't seen a photo of Bitme's Surgeon General, look it up. And what the hell is with that position anyway and the official military uniform? Someone explain it to me, please.
