The mother of an alleged drunk driver charged with killing a South Carolina bride in a tragic crash last month was also involved in a fatal accident — that left a firefighter dead 10 years ago, it was revealed on Tuesday.
Traci Komoroski, 62, the mother of Jamie Komoroski, struck Forest Fire Service Warden Jeffrey Scheuerer during a fierce blaze in Clinton Township, New Jersey on March 28, 2013, the Hunterdon County Democrat reported.
Scheuerer had been battling a fire and the firetruck was partially blocking the northbound lane while flashing the emergency lights at the time of the crash, officials said.

The mother accident 10-yrs ago was ruled accidental, as smoke from the controlled burn obscured the roadway where the firemen were working....so the article says.
