When I get the occasional broken link, I find it’s because my VPN blocked it. That happens if I am coming from outside North America.

I find it’s because my VPN blocked it.Now there's a good clue. I sometimes use a German website which has recently started having problems connecting to. When I reboot my computer, I can access this site. After accessing a few times, I no longer get the connection; it times out. Have to reboot again. I wonder if this is all related because these problems (including this Pookie's 'Toons problem) all started at the same time just recently.
