Veterans Alexander Shvetsov and Sergey Khrapko completed the walking marathon, meeting on the highway between Kiev and Zhytomyr. They raised more than UAH 3.1 million for a gastroscope for the Kiev Military Hospital and set a record in Ukraine. The collection continues, we need another 500 thousand rubles.

During the 5 days of the marathon, veterans jointly covered 120 km and collected UAH 3.1 million for a gastroscope for the Kiev hospital. The device costs 3.6 million, so they need to collect another 500 thousand hryvnias.
Shvetsov and Khrapko also set a Ukrainian record during the marathon.
Shvetsov urged veterans who have lost their limbs not to lose faith in their abilities.
