What you can’t possibly comprehend is the appreciation of continuous shared information prior to interruption petty Putin squad’s propagandists retorts. But, that’s ok :)
Thank you for providing us with Prigozhin’s delightful summary of the Bachmut campaign.
Naturally he praised his boss Putin. However, his opinion of Germasimov and Shoigu plus the Russian bureaucracy was scathing. His description of the 14 months spent by his Wagner group feeding the meat grinder without adequate Russian govt. support almost brought tears to my eyes—almost. In an obvious plea to Putin, he speaks of the need for Wagner (including its Russian jail recruits—prisoners) to enjoy R & R, so they will be ready to provide future help. It will be interesting to see if he is allowed to turn over defense to the regular army startin in 5 days?
A lot of political undercurrents to find in this lusty speech. I plan to view it again. One thing I noticed was his use of the current Russian flag with his Wagner flag. The sole tank in the May 9th Moscow celebration was flying the USSR red flag. It is rumored the drone on the Kremlin dome on 5/8 was over which flag to fly there. Did anyone see which flag was on the Kremlin dome on 5/9?
