Ben Crump was branded a “race hustler” and was heavily criticized by social media users after he posted a video on Twitter, where he claimed that a white woman attempted to “steal” a bike from a Black guy by feigning tears.

Twitter has since added a Community Note for Crump’s post, which says, “Since the filming of this video, receipts have been made available to prove that the woman in question was in fact the person who paid to unlock and use the bike.” Twitter also linked the URL of a Yahoo News article regarding the incident.

She has an attorney who said they would be pursuing defamation against some networks and news outlets.

The NY jury pool has already set a precedent that the price for defamation is at least $5 million.

The lawyer of the woman who was victimized was just interviewed on the Clay & Buck show and he has indicated that he will be going after the media outlets who defamed his client, similar to the Sandmann situation.

I hope he adds race hustler crump to that list and that she gets enough to simply retire, raise her baby and move out of NY.
