You have to wonder, how much outside influence/interference might be involved here. I’m not speaking historically, but now. Follow the money. ‘Someone’ probably has a motive to see Argentina in turmoil.

Divide and conquer. I personally think it’s happening here too. A lot of people here are commenting on culture. I think it’s been the long game of outside influences to destroy the culture here, and now we are in the division stages.

About 15 years ago I traveled through Chile and Argentina. The former was full of people who were helpful, generally honest, and made the correct change without asking. The latter was full of people with their hand out for a tip, seedy with the change counting, and otherwise people you should be wary of. Both at the time were roughly equal in their Catholicism and other traits beyond ethnicity.
