True...I'm 79....Had a can of Nestles at home.

We got a bigger carton of white milk in school.

I still dunk Graham Crackers.

Yup —in the ‘50s to early ‘60s we only got chocolate milk on Fridays —regular milk rest of the time, no exceptions. But we kids were active, had recess a couple of times during the school day and we didn’t sit on the couch and watch TV when we got home.

I don’t feel bad about this for the kids. Now, if they would allow them recess to get some exercise and fresh air.
