GOP rockstar Kari Lake has just scored a big win after the Arizona Supreme Court ordered a hearing on her allegations of signature verification violations in Maricopa County.
The Court ordered court proceedings to take place “forthwith” regarding Lake’s 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election challenge.
While granting one sanction, the Supreme Court denied attorneys’ fees requested by the defendants.
Republican Lake fell about 17,000 votes short in the 2022 election against then-Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat.
Lake is suing now-Governor Hobbs in addition to current Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and Maricopa County election officials. She is requesting that the election results be invalidated or that she be declared the winner. Lake’s case was reviewed by the Arizona Supreme Court in March. The Court remanded one of her seven counts to trial court and allowed sanctions against her to be considered. The remanded count was Lake’s claim that Maricopa County violated its signature verification policies in the 2022 election.
Allowing Kati the Hogg to run her own election and make the rules was a fraud. Somebody needs to be thrown in prison.
That post, in a nutshell, is what EVERYONE with a brain, is upset about; and the media refuses to acknowledge.
60+ vetoes for Hobbs and counting. She’s embarrassing
Clickbait. It’s something but not significant since there’s no endgame that puts Lake in the governor’s office.
By the time these Az. courts rule, it will be time for the next election. This should have taken place months ago now.
You mispelled "Winning" !
So give up and don’t fight. Great solution there surrender monkey.
So somebody that stands up to fraud is whinney in your world? You live in some alternate universe. It was clear to most of us that Runbeck along with Maricopa County stole the election. They did the same thing to Trump in 2020.
Californians, Cartels, and Katie.
Not exactly left. The McTurd/DemoKKkrat fusion tickets controlling the Board of Supes, Recorders office, SecState all can keep this lid on.
