Back in the 90s, I was Scott’s stand in on DIAGNOSIS MURDER. He was a different dude back then. I hooked up with him for a full on air segment when he guest hosted on the Dennis Miller Radio Show. He’s grown a lot. Anyway, he bought that gorgeous Montecito mansion for $1.9 million (if I remember correctly) and is still trying to get $3.85 million(?). It is stunning and he was smart to not buy into Beverly Hills. Anything above $6 million is a bear to sell these days.

Baio has always been on the conservative side of the hollywood spectrum so this isn’t such a huge surprise to hear.

I would much rather hear some good news that some typical hollywood lefty actor/actress or their loved ones/friends gets attacked/raped/beaten by some illegal vagrant in broad daylight in beverly hills.

As a former Southern Californian, the places that ended in “hills” (woodland, agoura, Beverly) were usually pretty nice. They would be the small islands of wealth in the sewage spew that was the rest of non-San Diego and non-Orange County Southern California. It really is the perfect example of progressive communism - a spoiled small delusional elite that wall themselves off from the dystopia consequences of their policies.

Your point is well taken, but it clearly states he’s lived in it many years……so yeah I believe the original price
…..but it wouldn’t reflect today’s prices…..ie he’s asking an exaggerated amount in selling
