Yep. Popular brands like Modelo, Corona and Pacifico are all InBev beers, but a lot of consumers don’t know that. Spread the word, Allegra!

It is still worth something if Bud is not the automatic go-to beer any more. I hope the brand is cashiered.

I would not be buying InBev stock right now.
This one issue could be contagious to all of their brands—particularly given their tone deaf senior management.
There is no certainty in life—but I would rate this company very high risk—avoid.

You have no understanding of corporate culture. Just shut up and stop pretending that you do. You will be happier for it.

i for one am really looking forward to the 2q report Indeed. There are plenty of extraordinarily woke institutional investers (Calpers anyone), that will be fine with taking it in the shorts for while to shore up another wokester company just to make it look like it's not being hurt. From what I'm seeing though, ALL well-known AB brands are being negatively impacted.

Wonder if anyone was paid to write and disseminate this articleIndeed. I am watching and making note of the defenders of AB in regards to this entire episode, and in fact who is just obviously carrying their water for whatever reason. Informative it is.

The choice for Anheuser-Busch is between the zealot trans groups or conservatives. Indeed. Pay attention to those who consistently downplay this entire thing.

Yes. The point is we are just itching for the next Budweiser Whack-a-Woke-Mole. The next company, go ahead and show yourself. The sleeper hold is coming on the woke grip. Should have been Jack Daniels. They had one of those 'trans' freaks promoting their brand at the same time AB did. Unfortunately, the public can't hold 2 thoughts in its head at once.

“AB Inbev could eliminate Bud Light completely, and they will still be just fine.”
I'm sure elimination is one option AB will consider. The same drink formula could be reintroduced under a different name and get someone like Billy Carter to endorse it.
A more likely outcome will be to buy, or rent, some recognized Republicans to do an intervention with the public . . . along the lines of Bud has apologized, they will never do it again, they give to the GOP, its our moral duty to forgive etc.
That alone would not return Bud to alcohol greatness but it would, perhaps, allow the brand to live on the periphery like a pardoned criminal.

The stock will only sink if I buy it. I am NOT going to buy it. LOL. That is exactly why I still hold disney stock. They'll never recover as long as I own shares!

Every time we start a boycott on this conservative activist forum, there are a few posters who come on to tell everyone that it is pointless to boycott. Sounds like a bunch of paid lobbyists. Yes, Indeed.

ESG investing is more important than consumers. They will fill any shortage. The point is to drive the agenda, not the product.
To: Olog-hai
The premise of your whole vanity is the same as O’Brien’s in 1984: that power is collective and such power cannot be defeated. Never said they COULDN'T be defeated. I said they are not being defeated at this time, despite the wild claims by our own Conservative so-called "news" outlets. All the headlines are doing is riling us up, over a fake woman on a beer can, when the fake woman on a beer can is only symptomatic of a larger illness in America. We scream when the leftist outlets push division amongst the populace. We stay quiet when our side does it. Seems to me we need to clean our own house before we think we're changing anything.
