Did the web operators know that meat eaters would want to read the article and place the ads there? Or was the information dredged up by the meat advertisers to attract people to their ads? Chicken or egg?
Much of the internet seems to have become a giant advertising forum...much like tv from the late 50’s till now. A vast wasteland, indeed.

There’s a reason it tastes good.

Vegetarians owe me a debt of gratitude.
I’m doing my best to rid the earth of the animals that eat their food!

I just recently started shopping at Aldi again

Haven’t tried their meat

I know I’m getting the good stuff at my market. They’ll pull out a whole ribeye and cut it however you want. 1” to 1.5” is enough for me

I've had good luck with their meats. I buy their beef steaks, 80/20 hamburg and chicken...I wait for sales.

I know I save a lot of money at Aldi.

Lots of options on the diet she gave me, but little red meat

I gots to have my beef. Grew up raising our own Angus

The Roman Legions did a pretty good job of it. They conquered the known world eating Egyptian grown wheat.

Nuttin’ wrong with A decent slug of meat...but to have it for every meal is too much. IMHO..I prefer some vegan stuff(beans, bulgur, rice, potatoes, bread, nuts, pasta)...some lacto-ovo(few whole eggs, egg whites, cheeses) and some meat(fish, beef, chicken, pork)...40-40-20 is suitable for me.

I know I find a lot if good deals there compared to Kroger.

May be off brand, but comparable quality

Daughter and I now go there regularly

They even have procriutto now and other goodies for when I feel like a Sopranos weekend on TV

I'm a proud omnivore.I love vegetables (most of them at least),fruits,grains,nuts,dairy....and animal flesh.

Talk to any dentist and he/she will tell you that we're designed to eat animal flesh.

This is the result of a strict vegetarian diet.

I seek out fish and chicken eat salads as well but I do a daily calorie count under 3000 for sure 2500 optimum I work physically walking and lifting part time.

In combat in World War II 4000 calories a day was considered appropriate.

“Nuttin’ wrong with A decent slug of meat”

Then you are THE ENEMY...at least to them. The idea of having meat available, at any price, is simply SICKENING to them.

...and they just about have the power they need to ‘make meat go away’.

“A vegan diet takes around 10 yrs off your life.”

My best friend’s brother got cancer (Leukemia) and the first thing the doctor asked was whether he ate meat. He said no, and the doctor said that you better start.

It was still too late for him, but obviously the medical community knows something about meat that they’re afraid to publicize. The question people here need to think about - why are they afraid to speak up?

As I recall, meat also provides several amino acids that are not manufactured by veggie food.

I don’t like it when people preach to me what I should and should not eat. I inform myself and I eat according to my preferences. It’s strictly my own personal choice. Some folks like to eat meat and some people do not.

‘I don’t really care, do you?’, as Melania would say.

I say to those who preach about what other people should eat: get over yourselves, people should be free to live their own lives regardless of whether you agree with them or not.
