Fed-up judge orders dodgy Hunter Biden to show up to court for paternity case, floats ‘incarceration’

Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop landed him in more trouble Monday as a fed-up Arkansas judge referred to it in ordering the president’s son to appear at his next child support hearing in person.

The dragged-out effort for Biden to take responsibility for the fourth of his five children, four-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts, born to Lunden Roberts, has included continued excuses for not being present during hearings. However, according to a report from the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, his absence will no longer be tolerated.

The determination came Monday during a virtual hearing where attorneys for Roberts and Biden sat before Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer. During the call, the judge ruled, “From now on…I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct. I will no longer allow us to excuse clients…because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points.”

As previously reported, Roberts’ attorney Clinton Lancaster had contended Biden was “flaunting the dignity and authority of the court” after he had failed to submit documents requested in the child support lawsuit.

“This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders,” Lancaster had argued Friday adding, “There is no valid excuse or justification for the defendant’s failure to provide the required disclosures as the court has granted every single protective order the defendant has asked for since the inception of this case…the defendant is playing games with this court.”

Biden’s time avoiding his legal problems may have finally come to an end with Meyer’s order that he should appear at an in-person hearing scheduled for May 1 at the Independence County courthouse in Batesville, Arkansas, and with it any chance at further dodging ownership of his infamous laptop.

So ... you are going with the fact that prior to around 1950 some men were called Hollie(y) based on the English name Hollis?

Yeah, that judge is a guy, no doubt, and joma89 missed bc he didn’t click the article, and the vaccine is safe, and global warming is real! ... BWAAAHAHA!

You keep on fighting for one’s right to be deliberately illiterate, you keyboard crusader, you!

“So ... you are going with the fact...”

I’m not going with nothing. YOU said that no man was ever named Holly and I said there was a masculine form of the word and name Holly which is Hollister or Hollis and my great-grandfather was a Hollister.

So what I guess what I’m saying is you’re full of it...

Roll your eyes all you want. My commentary will be based on the data I have and the data I am willing to collect. The name and sex of the judge was and will always be not relevant and unnecessary to have to learn to make the comment I made.

Wow ... illiterate and stupid! That is quite a combo.

Try, if you are able, to read your own post where YOU copied in that I wrote:

“Nice try, but I’ve never MET a guy named ‘Holly’.”.

As for the “fact”, that was derived from your post as well. Great grandfather, eh? So, mid century then, right when the name switched genders. When did you meet him? Because I never did.

Although you say “I’m not going with nothing”, when it comes to mental capacity that is exactly what you seem to be going with. Regardless, I don’t think you are full of it ... just your head.

Run along now keyboard warrior.

Nice joke funny man. Its no joke, it goes above the need for criminal prosecution. joe biden is still sitting in the whitehouse and hunter cannot be touched legally or figuratively due to national security.

Why exactly is anything to do with Hunter Biden’s safety a matter of national security? He is an adult (well, supposed to be anyway) with no top secret clearance and no government job.

Assuming the Arkansas judge issues a warrant for Hunter Biden’s arrest, this would require another jurisdiction place him under arrest and extradite him to Arkansas. That is no certainty if Hunter is hiding at the White House. Typically, contempt arrests do not fall under the category of offenses bringing extradition. Usually, it happens only for felonies.

You're right. But the remedy that the judge has available in that case is a summary judgement with an extremely punitive dollar figure. Maybe 10's of millions. Plus it would be a lot of political hay for Republicans that pres Bidet does not need.

Poor Clutch.

I will help you out, but just a bit. An ad hominem is when the person is attacked instead of the issue. I did not avoid the issue at all; it is there in the posts for everyone to read. I simply ‘added’ the insults because imo you earned them. Perhaps you thought the “ad” in ad hominem covered that. Sorry, no.

OTOH, I don’t care to help you understand why you bristling over your great grandfathers probable nickname, on behalf of someone else who likely lacks integrity, is idiocy rather than an ad hominem attack.

I could explain it, of course, but in my experience the deliberately ignorant prefer to stay that way.

Warmest regards to you too!

Bristling? Seriously?

I don’t even know how to respond to that.

You obviously mistook me for somebody who gives a s*** about what you think.

The kid should be living in a 20 million dollar mansion, like her father. Hunter needs to cough up another 20k/month.

Well then, at least let me apologize: Clutch, I’m sincerely sorry you don’t know what “bristling” means.
