Meghan Markle is "highly unlikely" to be seen at a royal event ever again after deciding to skip King Charles' Coronation, a royal expert has claimed.
After weeks of speculation, yesterday Buckingham Palace said it was pleased to announce that Harry will be there on May 6 for the historic event, but Meghan will stay in California with their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

It is said that Archie's fourth birthday - which falls on the same day - has been a factor in Meghan's decision to remain at home with her children. It is expected that Harry will make only a whistle stop trip to the UK.

Royal experts are unlikely to be able to divine the ways of the Meghan. If she is not allowed to bring in her body cams and microphones, she will look for other ways to steal the limelight.
Diminishing returns are kicking in. I am no South Park fan, but that portrayal was brutal, spot on and reached a very large audience outside of royal watchers.

The Archie birthday tie-in is interesting. If she and Harry both attended, she wanted the post coronation dinner or reception to begin with everyone singing Happy Birthday to Archie and was told no-way.
Why won’t Meghan attend the coronation? I heard that Meghan had previously signed up for a pole-dancing competition, and the coronation just happened to fall on the same day.
A gal has to set her priorities.

My bet is that she files for divorce concurrently in California and the UK at 5:00 PM PDT on the day before the coronation.

So Grandpap is being crowned King of England but the four year old’s birthday takes precedence? The whole world will be watching one event, while there’ll be a few a few home movies of Sparky the clown and his pony to go with the balloons and cake. And oh - there’s another birthday next year.
