Seize guns from all Demonrats. They’re the dangerous criminals.
Im not here to debate the definition of "a threat" with you because each case is different. and it would take forever to debate you, mean while mentally ill angry individuals are shooting up schools because no one could get them committed.
I'll say this, if you or anyone else are red flagged, there should be the ability the face the accuser within 72 hours to establish if you are a threat or the accuser was just disgruntled with you.

Currently being eradicated at the state level in blue states, with some red state RINO governors appear to acquiesce on the idea of things like ref flag laws. Under heavy attack at the federal level.

It’s almost like they are telling you not to keep all your guns in the same place.

Again the police are NOT your friends and apparently were OK with violating due process and willing to ignore the second amendment, BUT didn’t want to put themselves at risk.
And all gun owners are deemed dangerous
A must for this type of legislstion: legal fee recovery if it is later found the guns were illegally seized or seized for political reasons.
