Online access to NFPA's consensus documents conveniently places important safety information on the desktops of traditional users as well as others who have a keen interest. To review codes and standards online: View the list of NFPA's codes and standards. Select the link of the code/standard # (first column). Once on the specific page, click the "Free Access" button located under the title. Use the drop-down menu to select an available edition. Select the "view" button. A new browser window will open displaying terms & conditions. Review and accept the agreement term to view the publication. Use the "Table of Contents" or paging buttons to view chapters/sections. Use the Zoom feature to increase/decrease the font size. Please note: You will be asked to "sign-in" or create a profile to access our codes/standards.
“Low flow toilets.”
There are what I believe are flush assist pressure devices for low flow toilets.
If I were to put the head of those mandating the low-flush toilets into my toilet, will these flush assist units handle the flushing of their BS-bloated asses?

LOL. I don't think you'll find that in the electrical code … maybe it's in the ghetto or Mexican electrical code.
It depends on how you mean “permanent.”
The Constitution is permanent, MT Everest is permanent.
Now if you mean that slavery would be protected until it became an economic liability in the South maybe 40 or 50 years down the road. Then the Corwin amendment would make slavery “permanent”
