NATO was an Anglo-American construct to maintain control over the conquered nations of Europe.

The “Free World” was the combination of NATO countries and the remnants of the British and French Empires over which London and Washington exerted continued control via economic and military dominance.

The situation was stable as long as the USSR was a looming menace that could be used to ensure allegiance to the Anglo-American “West”.

With the demise of the USSR, the situation became inherently unstable since nations could freely pursue their own interests provided they took care to gradually disentangle themselves from Anglo-American economic dominance.

This is how it will end.

When America is beleaguered and isolated and the forces of global disintegration push America to the point of surrender or war for survival, an American, actually many Americans, who will in spirit resemble Macron of France, will cut a deal with the Chinese and sell it to the elites of the Democrat party and its gullible supporters who are capable of voting for candidates like John Fetterman.

The end will come with a whimper, we will open the gates, invite the barbarians in and think we have cut a brilliant deal.
