Not true. Hollywood is owned by people who hate Christianity, hate "whiteness," hate America's history and heritage. They'll gladly lose money to defame the things they hate.
Hollywood is not owned by poor people. Poor people worry about paying the rent. Middle class people worry about buying a bigger house. But oligarchs have billions to spare, and will gladly lose a few tens of millions to spread their ideologies.
Not to mention Prince Whiney Brat and his tacky wife.

Me too. It’s pretty much all I watch now.
I was just a kid when this series came out. I don’t remember much about the show other than my mother loved it and I was usually being sent off to bed when it came on.
Now I realize how much of a well acted, well written and well produced show it was.
I love to hate Roy Collins as the snarky “Lt. Tragg’’ who is always trying to trip Mason up.
This past week we watched the 2nd episode of the new season of Succession. At the end when the credits rolled, it was page after page after page. I said to Mrs. abb, “It takes that many people to make a tv show now?” Used to, it was maybe a couple or three dozen people listed in the credits.
No wonder the crap is so expensive to make now. Lots of deadheads on the payroll.
I guess that’s true. But they ‘started’ all this for a different reason, IMO. They’d pretty much maxed out the American market they were going to get and the only way for them to increase the market share was through massively increased foreign stuff AND for ‘victim’ groups.
What they didn’t count on is disaffecting traditional American users to the point many have de-subscribed. I believe that when the only way to increase your market share is ‘go-foreign’ you’ve gone from first to third world and will eventually fail.

we finally dropped netflix because there was nothing worth watching ... still have amazon prime, but that’s essentially free because we pay for prime simply for free shipping ...

How much of that list because of independent production instead of going through the studio? Did the studio just have electricians, stage crew, prop handlers, etc., etc. on the payroll and didn’t have to be credited, but now the show has to hire and credit them individually? If you flipped a switch once you get now a credit.
Back in 2008, there was a TV series called Sanctuary. It starred a good looking woman as the lead character who had a romantic relationship with one of the younger male cast on the show. Near the end of the last season, completely out of nowhere, the producers decided to make her a lesbian.
We stopped watching immediately and needless to say, the show was then canceled. Degenerate homosexuals should NEVER been seen on TV or anywhere else for that matter.
Amazon has rebooted it, and made Della Street a lesbian.
Now without the feedback they’ll double down and cram more down people’s throats.
If he would have said or acted like he was, nobody would have watched.
Those were the days when homos were just living their homo life and were not activists pushing homo on others or expecting special status.
All these tech companies do this. Notice how YouTube, etc no longer have thumbs down buttons on ratings. They are run by nasty little children who can’t handle truth.
