In the original 1978 Halloween, in the scene where Michael Myers was behind the bushes at the sidewalk as the Annie and Laurie were walking home from school...
The shot/reverse shot of Annie rushing toward the bushes saying, “Hey, Creep! Laurie, dear. He wants to talk to you. He wants to take you out tonight.”
Right after that line delivery, you can see a wisp of cigarette smoke float by in front of the scene -which came from John Carpenter.

anybody remember a 70’s movie starring Karen Black called “TRILOGY OF TERROR”...3 short horror stories. The third story was a little “witch doctor doll” that comes to life and chases her around, bites the hell out of her!!...AHAHAHAHAHA..great stuff..

Saw it in the drive in when I was a kid. I still have vivid memories of seeing the star shooting across the sky and crashes. I did not know till now that it was Steve McQueen. This is a painting I did of the Grand Canyon a while back. I'm sure I did it because it made me think of the blob and the movie.

Went to school with the son of the director Yeaworth. David brought some pieces of the blob to school i remember thinking it was similar to silly putty. Since we were buddies he gave me a piece, wish I still had it lol. Rolled it into a small ball and bounced all over the place. This was in Pa. Near Phonixville. The Colonial theater became a local attraction. So did McQueen’s driving escapades in the area.

My oldest sister and her friends decided to take me to this movie when I was 5. I had nightmares for the next year. Needless to say, mom was a little upset with her daughter. LOL!!

They're having the Blobfest at the Colonial Theater in July, where the "run out" scene was filmed. Also the diner in the movie, in nearby Downingtown is still there

“I saw that movie at a drive-in with my family.”
I saw it at the drive-in as a kid also. It was a double-feature with the equally disturbing” I Married a Monster from Outer Space.” Talk about nightmares!

Saw it in the drive-thru in 1988. Kevin Dillon, Shawnee Smith. It was pretty good.

If they do a remake, they should get Michael Moore to play the lead.
