Budget Dumpster does sound like the name of a cheap but efficient “removal service”.

What was he drinking to get that blasted? Something sold in small Mason Jars stored in somebody’s trunk?

Was it North Jersey? The dumpster services, hit men, gambling, loans not from banks and concrete are probably run by the same people.
