if the bot can pass the Turing test it might be unlikely you could tell.
Even if you meet the bot in person, it might be hard to tell (unless it identifies itself as a bot)
Even Phillip Dick had problems with that.

I had a job interview with AI yesterday. Idiocy. I was hired but after a few hours of contemplation, I wrote back and said I had changed my mind. I can’t imagine someone, company, who would hire an employee without a personal connection.
