Absolutely

Red State DAs need to study up on “Discover the Networks” and a graduate degree on FR. There are TONS of crimes which were never prosecuted.

We dont need to do anything illegal, just enforce the laws. Indict Joe and Hunter Biden. Obama and his pallets of cash to Iran…on and on

The “answer is fixing the system.”?

Lol. You don’t get it. We’re way passed that point.

every democrat should be ousted from public office over their stands to deny americans of their constitutional rights. ie, gun ownership.

Everyone voting for gun restrictions is in violation of their oath of office and in rebellion against the constitution.
kick them out.

What is unconstitutional about enforcing the law evenly?

If it turns out that criminal cases can be made based on accounting records not accurately reflecting transactions relating to elections then there are plenty of Democrats subject to indictment and prosecution.

Hillary Clinton and the DNC admitted to doing exactly that in their accounting for the funding of the Steele Dossier.

Why shouldn't they be held to the same legal standards as Republicans?

1. Why would you want to give the left credibility by capitalizing that term? The left isn’t worthy of that honor.

2. It’s perfectly fine to begin a sentence with “nor” or other conjunction. Those sentences are usually conversational in nature or immediately follow another sentence. https://www.grammarly.com/blog/starting-a-sentence-with-a-conjunction/

3. It’s “destroyed.”

4. I will not support the destruction of the Constitution, no matter if the one seeking such destruction is on the left or right of the political spectrum. One does not restore a Constitutional Republic by engaging in the tit for tat destruction of Constitutional principles.

Now have a great day!

The Manhattan District Attorney’s legal case against Trump is legally weak, and shouldn’t have been pursued. There is a reason that it wasn’t pursued until now. A District Attorney has a responsibility to do justice and the to follow the law, and if a case ultimately is so weak that it cannot be legally sustained at trial, it shouldn’t be pursued at all. Bragg is wrong.

The law isn’t a weapon meant to be twisted against political enemies, no matter how much one might disagree with them. That’s what third world dictatorships engage in.

It’s wrong. Period. Full Stop. No matter who the target is. We don’t shred the Constitution and turn the law into a weapon to target political opponents.

If there is a valid, clear, legal case that supports criminality within the bounds of the Constitution and the law, then and only then should a case be pursued.

Or look for campaign deposits from your favorite red state to a national candidate like those outed by James O’Keefe this week.

I’m sure 0bama had plenty of ‘campaign contributions’ from the cartels. same with hillary and joe.

Tell that to:
1. Donald Trump (four current criminal investigations, a special counsel investigation into the Russia fraud, and two impeachments).
2) Steve Bannon (federal prosecution and now state prosecution)
3) Michael Flynn (federal prosecution for allegedly violating a 225 year old law).
4) Ted Stevens (acquitted AFTER he lost his Senate seat).
5) Kay Bailey Hutchinson (acquitted after left-wing DA Ronnie Earle prosecuted her for BS allegations).
6) Rick Perry
7) Tom DeLay
8) Chris Cox
9) Scooter Libby
10) Lawrence Walsh dropping his report just before the 1992 election.

Did you notice that all of these investigations/prosecutions took place in Democrat enclaves. And all were highly questionable or downright evil. We need to fight back. Period.

Be sure to tell Merrick “Hi” from all of us at FR at your next staff meeting.

You don’t think there is enough actual crimes democrats commit that a Republican prosecutor has left slide?

This is useless.

The goal is to specifically find crimes by Democrats passing through a red state and indict them, force them into arraignment and generate enormous legal fees.

Over and over and over. When the GOPe tries to stop it because it will be done to them, too, tough. Don’t like it? Resign.
