The obvious political targeting of former President Trump is an outrage. The "Lawfare" gang, funded by George Soros and fueled by a bevy of left-wing, Ivy League socialists, and supported by neurotic females, and urban beta males, is destroying the Rule of Law in America. We need to fight back. Not with high-minded rhetoric, but with retalliation. Attention Red State District Attorneys: It's time to target Democrats and Progressive organizations for criminal charges. Some ideas to discuss:

1) File charges in red counties within red states so that the Democrats have the most unfriendly juries. West Virginia would be fantastic. 2) File conspiracy charges, such as RICO conspiracy. In fact, why can't Florida's AG file RICO charges against Alvin Bragg and Letitia James? They campaigned on prosecuting Trump and his business. Trump is a Florida resident. Be creative. 3) File conspiracy charges against the yahoos who swarmed the Kentucky and Tennessee state legislatures to get around the problem of local Democrat DA's in Frankfort and Nashville. If these loons did any planning outside of Frankfort and Nashville, file charges in the reddest of red counties. 4) Red state judges need to deny venue changes to make sure that the leftists animals are tried in red counties. 5) Congress needs to subpoena tax records for multiple Democrats on Capitol Hill, George Soros, and Democrat-aligned dark money groups. Go through the records and find out if a case can be made in a red state. Bonus: For those handful of Trump supporters in Manhattan, take down your pro-Trump stuff now and do not disclose that you are a Trump supporter. We want you on the jury. Discuss....

It can be difficult because Trump lived so long in deep blue NY. We need to find Dems that spent a lot of time in deep red areas, which is hard. The place to look is something to do with their campaigns. That might be an area where the letter of the law was not followed in a red area during a nationwide election.

I think the equivalent to what’s happening in New York would be for them to be indicted in the reddest county of one of the reddest states of the union. Some place where almost no one votes for Democrats, and most everyone, including the District Attorney and the Grand Jury, has a rabid, visceral hatred of them.

This is exactly why it will be difficult. Not a lot of nationally prominent Democrats are from or have spent a lot of time in deep red areas where antipathy towards them would override fairness and wisdom (like the NY jury). The key ones are all from blue states where they are untouchable (Pelosi, Schumer, Biden, Obama, Harris, Whitmer, Sandy the bartender, Newsom, Shapiro, etc.)

A democrat need not live in a Red area to be indicted there.

They need only have committed a crime within that jurisdiction. Flight connections at airports would be a solid place to find crimes committed during a layover.

That’s why you use conspiracy statutes. A conspiracy can be tried in any place where an “overt act” of the conspiracy took place. So if a bunch of leftist meet up on a bus in a red county, and then they drive into Nashville, file conspiracy charges where they got on the bus. If two individuals conspire to falsely charge Trump, a Florida resident, than RICO charges could be filed in Florida by the AG. Also, red state Democrats should be prime targets. We need creativity to make this stop, IMHO.

Absolutely. That’s the type of creative thinking we need.

If Soros has illegally funded campaigns across the country, he can be charged in rural red counties. We need action.

Because that's not how the law works. Nor should it. This "we should adopt unconstitutional tactics because the left is doing it" will destroy the country. If we go down that path, the left wins either way, and the Republic is destroyed. The answer is fixing the system and forcing the left to abide by the Constitution, not shredding the Constitution for "retalliation" (sic). (BTW It's spelled "retaliation.")

IMHO, this is the time for Red state AGs to sue NY state for interfering in an election using dubious indictments. This would go straight to the Supreme Court.

The dems are the most vulnerable politicians in America.
Clinton is a rapist and is complicit in multiple murders, as well as selling top secret missile technology to China for campaign cash in ‘96.
Obama never successfully proved his eligibility to hold office. The birth certificate he has presented is a demonstrable fake.
Biden is the perfect ‘Manchurian Candidate’, in the pocket of America’s #1 threat, Communist China. Joe Biden is the greatest threat to the US.
All three should be taken into custody on charges of treason and given military tribunal trials.
No bail, no media, no double standard.
Fade out, roll the credits, The End.

I have always wondered why Republicans constantly trot Soros out as the bogyman yet never invite him to testify, nor accuse or charge him with any crimes.

First, you are an ass for being a “spell-checker.” Since you criticized my writing skills, allow me to point out: 1)the “left” should be upper case, i.e., “the Left”; one should never start a sentence with the word “Nor”; and instead of “the Republic is destoryed,” you should have written “the Republic will be destroyed.” In the future, I suggest you make your point without insulting the writer.
Second, you are exactly the type of do-nothing tool that the Left loves. Perhaps you have failed to notice the years-long assault on Republican officials by the Justice Department and local DAs: Bob McDonnell in Virginia; Ted Stevens; Chris Cox; Michael Flynn; Steve Bannon, etc. And now Donald Trump, who is the subject of four different criminal investigations and two prior impeachments. The only way we stop this nonsense is to retaliate in kind.

And of course, they will not.

This is what the 1st and 2nd Amendment are all about.
